PrepaRE for Scaling
Client Need
The client was entering a business accelerator program and looking to better define the target audience and marketing channels for a SaaS product in order to prepare the company to scale.
OUR PROCESS
We met with the client for a 90-minute session with 3 listeners, including a visualizer, a storyteller, and This Constellation Visualization was done with a focus on sales and marketing needs for an established SaaS business. We also focused on the leader’s story and vision for her leadership as the company prepared to scale.
RESULTS
This session set the stage for the client to participate fully in the accelerator experience. She used it to better understand her role as the company scales and to more clearly identify sales and marketing process that were working or needed attention.
