The client was looking to explore the process of bringing investors into a startup.
Our Process
This Constellation visualization was done with 3 Relumed facilitators. It was focused on the resources needed and available for a startup as it started to seek out investor funding. It also reframed some of the value of the solution by focusing on the value of the data collected.
Results
The client gained clarity of the value of their SaaS product and was able to better see the existing assets and connections supporting the company.
